World Bank Indicator - Graphing in JavaScript

I had some fun using the World Bank API by comparing a simple relationship: Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) vs the GDP per Capita (GDPpC ) in 2014. I wanted to graph in JavaScript. But first, I combined and sanitized the data in Excel using VLOOKUP.

From the data I drew a simple conclusion. As the countries become more developed then the infant mortality decreases
